Now hiring – Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Senior Account Mananger

Code Red Communications is a specialist cybersecurity PR agency working with some of the world’s most innovative security vendors to build their brand and presence in the EMEA market. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to expand our client-facing team and are hiring Senior Account Executives, Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to help deliver smart, creative, effective PR campaigns for our clients. 

These roles sit at the heart of our client work. You’ll help plan and deliver strategic PR campaigns, build strong day-to-day client relationships, develop story ideas, and pitch them to relevant media. A strong understanding of what makes a good story – and what journalists actually want – is essential. 

Depending on level, you’ll also support and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards of delivery and helping the team produce work we’re proud of. All roles will offer clear opportunities for training, development and progression. 

We’re looking for enthusiastic, proactive communicators who are comfortable juggling priorities and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience in B2B tech PR is essential (cybersecurity experience is a plus), along with strong writing skills, evidence of managing and executing media campaigns, and an interest in the cybersecurity industry.

The successful candidates will be curious, persistent, creative problem solvers who leans into challenges and are comfortable getting stuck in with a ‘can-do’ attitude. They will have strong interpersonal skills, be a confident communicator, organised, and capable in managing both their client and team’s needs. 

Roles are full-time with hybrid working, including two days per week in our Woking office. Salaries start from £28k p.a., depending on role and experience.
