Neuroendocrine Cancer UK Jurassic Walk 2022
Eight members of the Code Red Communications team are digging out our hiking boots and climbing the arduous Jurassic Coast – setting off from Seaton, trekking over to Lyme Regis, and back for a total of 13.5 miles to raise money for Neuroendocrine Cancer research in memory of our wonderful colleague Steve Baker who passed away in 2021.
Steve loved the great outdoors and was known for donning his walking boots or trainers and setting out on quests through the countryside. He was a keen runner – taking part in anything from 5K to ultra marathons. He always rose to a challenge so we’re setting ourselves one in his honour.
Woking & Sam Beare Hospice Supporting Palliative Care Patients
The Code Red team are fundraising for a wonderful local cause that is very dear to our hearts: Woking & Sam Beare Hospice.
The hospice provides incredible palliative and end-of-life care to people with advanced life-limiting illnesses, so we want to raise as much as possible to help them continue this vital work. The team at the hospice are dedicated to providing a range of care and support for people with life-limiting conditions, ensuring that they get the care they need, when they need it, within their local community.
Every year, they provide specialized care for over 2,000 patients and family members.
All donations will be hugely appreciated!
Cancer Research UK Race For Life
Cancer is happening right now, which is why we’re taking part in a Race for Life to raise money and save lives. Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life is a series of events raising money for research into all 200 types of cancer.
1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s ground-breaking work.
Macmillan Cancer Support Code Red Bake Off
At Code Red, we host an annual Bake Off to raise vital funds for Macmillan, who support people living with cancer in every way possible.
This cause is very close to each and every one of our hearts so please give whatever you can to this incredible cause supporting the 3 million people in the UK living with cancer.
